What sizes are your hats available in?
Hats come in:
- Small: 55–56 cm (21.65"–22")
- Medium: 57–58 cm (22.45"–22.85")
- Large: 59–60 cm (23.25"–23.62")
- X-Large: 61 cm (24")
- XX-Large: 62 cm (24.50")
How do I measure my head for the right hat size?
Use a measuring tape or string to measure the circumference of your head starting at your forehead and going around approximately 1 cm above your ears.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders received before 2:00 PM (EST) ship the same day if the item is in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM typically ship the next business day.
Do you ship on weekends?
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, unless arranged in advance.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx unless the customer specifies otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Zing Life does ship internationally.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
No. Shipping or transit times provided by Zing Life LLC, USPS, UPS, or FedEx are estimates only. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

When is my card charged?
Your card is charged at checkout, immediately after you place your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and JCB.
How should I clean my Panama hat?
Clean it using a soft, lightly damp cloth. For small marks, use a white eraser or diluted white soap solution. Never submerge in water.
Can I wear my hat in the rain?
No. Water can deform the shape of the hat. If it gets wet, let it air dry in a shaded area.
Can I roll or fold my Panama hat for travel?
While some Panama hats are known for flexibility, Zing Life does not recommend rolling or folding your hat as it may permanently deform the shape.
How should I store my Panama hat?
Store your hat on a hat rack or in a spacious closet to preserve its shape. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the hat.

Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 1 PM
Saturday: 5 PM – 8 PM
Sunday: Closed
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
